The Basics:

Lowest price is based on double occupancy. A limited number of single occupancy packages are available. Please email us to confirm that this option is available before booking.

Additional costs will be incurred for last minute bookings.

This trip for fashion week is a package. There are no a la carte options. If you choose not to participate in an activity, that is your prerogative but there will be no refunds for unused portions of the trip.

Liabilities:

Each trip is customized based on the interests of the shoppers in the given trip. Minor changes to the itinerary may be made by Your Own Entourage™ that do not impact the outcome of the trip.

Your Own Entourage™ assumes no liability due to the quality of items or services purchased for/by the shoppers including service provided by the hotel.

Payment:

All final payments must be received 10 business days prior to the departure of the trip. After July 15, interested parties should contact Your Own Entourage™ prior to booking to confirm availability.

Deposits are non-refundable. The total payment is non-refundable 30 days prior to trip date.

In the event that you are unable to attend, you may transfer you package to another person. However, you must notify Your Own Entourage™ in writing of this change.

Please print the entire agreement form, complete and fax per the instructions on the agreement. Agreement forms should be faxed immediately upon making initial payment.

Itinerary:

The itinerary may change slightly as new opportunities present themselves. Also, please note that the fashion show is an international couture show. Unless you are a HUGE FASHIONISTA, it is likely that you won't know the designer. Most of these designers do not sell retail and cater to a very wealthy clientele. This is a once a year opportunity to see some amazing international designs. We will not know which designer it is until the week of the show.
